  • Exporting Data: Export data as CSV files for further analysis or generating reports in programs like Excel. This feature allows you to present your shop’s performance data in meetings or integrate it into other software tools.
  • User Rights Management: Shopware Analytics integrates seamlessly with user rights management. You will hence be able to control who has access to specific KPIs and dashboards, ensuring that sensitive data is only available to authorized personnel. Use the Roles & Permissions section in the shop’s system settings area to define role management.
  • Prerequisites: Shopware Analytics is available for all Shopware 6 merchants from the Community Edition upwards (currently only for self-hosted versions, with plans for Cloud customers). It requires Shopware version 6.5.7 or higher.
